Nu Thai Restaurant is a must-dine located on the busy street of Gouger St where it is an expression of all the different cultures who share in their best cuisines.

Nu Thai incorporates the concept of traditional and modern Thai food, mixed wit of Nu Thai’s chef Thomas Ng’s special touch, which has shown time after time with customers to be a big hit. It is clear that the restaurant is always busy with satisfied customers because of Thomas’s food and the amazing service his staff provide.

In their menu there is such a wide selection of different types of dishes to choose from the standard menu along with a special menu located on their blackboard which are hits for their customers.

Along with their superb customer service and fine dining, eating and enjoying a meal at Nu Thai is definitely an experience and treat for all.

Nu Thai surroundings is very different in comparison busy and noisy atmosphere most Asian Restaurants have. Nu Thai takes pride on its atmosphere being pleasant, relax and a comfortable atmosphere to be enjoyed by diners to sit, relax and enjoy superb food. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with Asian statues and pieces, which incorporates well with the beautifully polished floorboards and wooden café style chairs.

Introducing some of the special and unique dishes that Nu Thai offers begins with the entrée.

Our pick is a dish on the menu’s special board the Thai Dumplings. The dish may sounds simple, but it comes with a modern twist.

Thomas Ng fills the dumplings with a combination of chicken and prawn meat presented in a rich and beautiful coconut curry sauce.

It is definitely a must to order as an entrée because it is a light dish but filled with vibrant colours, textures and flavours. The texture of the dumplings pastry is soft and melts in your mouth. With the combination of the chicken ad prawn meat provides a perfect balance to the fresh herbs and spices used in giving the dish a beautiful combination of flavours.
